No merchandise for return will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns are accepted for merchandise that is damaged or you received an incorrect item, and the error is ours.
All claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of your receipt of the item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We truly appreciate your business, all purchases are yours to keep and treasure, all sales are final.
Once your RMA is issued and the item is received back at the original FOB (Freight on Board) location and reviewed and inspected, and it has been determined that the damaged merchandise was our error, we will replace the item at no cost to you and as quickly as possible.
Any merchandise that you refuse delivery on will be your sole responsibility and thus you will be responsible for all costs including but not limited to the loss of the merchandise, the cost of the merchandise, storage fees, warehouse fees, shipping costs and 25% restocking fee. Please make sure you adhere to this policy for your protection.
If damage is caused by the freight carrier it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and is your sole remedy for refund and/or replacement. Contact the freight carrier immediately to file a claim with the carrier. If the box or package looks damaged from the outside before you open it, take photos of the damaged packaging/box before you open or break any seals. And of the damaged piece once you open the box/package. By taking photos of the damaged box and/or packaging you will help your case with the carrier. Also, retain all packaging and paperwork for carrier inspection. Carriers have time limits on claims so report your claim immediately to the shipping carrier.
Merchandise that indicates “free shipping,” means that we have paid the shipping carrier on your behalf. Shipping costs associated with any unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

Due to the handmade nature of many of our items, irregularities, including dimensions and size are normal and not considered to be defective or damaged and are considered an enhancement of each piece.
We ship as quickly as possible using UPS or FedEx. Your items will ship within 3 - 5 business days, in many cases sooner. We will keep you updated with tracking information as your package moves through the shipping process.
At peak times (holidays) shipping may be delayed an additional 2 business days.
Do to the nature of some of our products being handmade, we may run low or temporarily out of stock of a particular item, if this happens we will immediately notify you.
From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that my relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. Belle Maison Cultivee reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omission and to change or update information at anytime.
Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we can not be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Merchandise descriptions including colors or shades, textures and other features are provided by the manufacturer, Belle Maison Cultivee can't assume liability whatsoever for the description, for variance in colors or textures, minor imperfections and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, unless there is a manufacturer verified defect.
